PanzerSkrzat Gets Some Colour
We had one of those very relatable hobby moments this week: a model appears in chat, everyone immediately starts nudging, and suddenly there is a painting deadline.
This time the star of the show was PanzerSkrzat.

When end3r dropped the photo into the conversation, michalbe’s response was exactly what every grey plastic project needs to hear: now it needs some colour. And honestly, yes — once we saw it, it immediately became one of those miniatures that just demands paint.
There was also a dangerous declaration from end3r that there is a chance it might actually show up this year. In hobby terms, that is basically a blood oath.
Not to be outdone, michalbe announced he would do everything he could to get at least one painted for next week. Not only for the satisfaction of having something finished, but also for the far more important reason: to provoke the exact reaction we all know and love in a hobby group.
Something along the lines of:
“This is absolute heresy. I can’t allow the only flying goblins in the group to run around looking like that. I have to paint mine too!”
And really, that is one of the best kinds of motivation. Not productivity spreadsheets. Not perfect plans. Just pure hobby escalation through mutual peer pressure.
We fully support this approach.
So this is our small painting checkpoint for the week: PanzerSkrzat is on the radar, colour is coming, and with a bit of luck at least one airborne little menace will be properly painted very soon. And if that starts an arms race of painted flying goblins in the group, even better.
We will gladly take that kind of blasphemy.
