Six Hours at the Table and a Big Win: 36:29 After Five Turns
Battle report straight from the table
Sometimes a battle report does not need a full turn-by-turn breakdown to capture the mood. Sometimes a few messages, a couple of photos, and a score update are enough to tell the whole story: this was tense, exhausting, and absolutely worth it.
Michał dropped us updates live from the game, and from the very first score check it was clear this one was going to be close.

At the end of turn 4, Michał reported:
28:22 for me
That was the moment when our group chat really woke up. Dubry summed it up perfectly:
damn, what emotions!!!!
go go go!!!
And honestly, that sounds exactly right. A six-point lead going into the late game is nice, but in Warhammer that is never the same thing as being safe. One rough turn, one missed objective, one failed plan, and the whole thing can swing.
Then came the best message of the day:
I won
Final score after turn 5:
36:29
So Michał held the lead and closed the game out properly. No collapse, no last-minute disaster, just a hard-earned win in what sounds like a seriously demanding match.
A strong opponent, which makes it sweeter
One detail made this result feel even bigger: Michał mentioned that Mikołaj, the opponent he played against, had been in the league two years ago. We do not have the full competitive context here, but it definitely adds weight to the result. Winning is always fun, but winning against someone with league experience hits a bit differently.
The real cost of victory: pure hobby fatigue
What we also loved in these updates is how honest they were. Right after the excitement came the other truth of a long Warhammer game:
I’m hyped
But damn, this is exhausting
6 hours at the table
And yes. That is the part every player knows. Close games are amazing, but they also drain your brain completely. Measuring, scoring, planning ahead, reacting to your opponent, staying focused for hours — by the end of it, even a win feels like surviving a campaign.

Why we love battle reports like this
This is exactly the kind of hobby moment we enjoy sharing on Wiatry Magii. Not every report has to be a polished tournament summary. Sometimes it is enough to catch that live energy:
- the mid-game score update,
- the group chat cheering from the sidelines,
- the final result,
- and that post-game mix of adrenaline and total exhaustion.
Huge congratulations to Michał for the win — 36:29 after five turns is the kind of result you remember, especially when it comes after six hours of fighting for every point.
If nothing else, this one sounds like a proper battle-report classic: close score, real pressure, strong opponent, and a very happy ending.
Final score
Michał wins 36:29 after 5 turns.
And now, probably, time for food and sleep.
