A Really Good Game Day

Battle report, or at least a very happy post-game note

Today was just really good gaming. Sometimes that is all you need for a perfect hobby update: a few photos from the table, a solid match, and that feeling when everyone walks away smiling.

Michał summed it up best: “Super pograne dzis” — and honestly, that says it all.

Ender added the perfect follow-up: “Thanks, that was fun to play!” So even if we do not have a turn-by-turn breakdown this time, we absolutely had one of those games that remind us why we keep coming back to pushing toy soldiers around the table.

View from the battlefield

From the photos, it looks like the table had that great mid-battle energy: units committed, lines clashing, and the kind of board state where every move feels important.

And then we got the most dramatic closing shot of the day: the last survivors before death. That is such a classic Warhammer moment — a tiny battered remnant still standing on the battlefield, doomed but memorable.

The last remnants before their end

Not every battle report needs a full tactical essay. Sometimes the important part is just this: we played, it was fun, and the game delivered a couple of cinematic moments worth remembering.

If this is what the “last remnants before death” looked like, then we can only imagine how much chaos happened earlier in the match.

More like this, please.
