A New Giant Joins the Collection
Sometimes a single photo on chat is enough to derail the evening hobby plans.
Michał dropped a picture and immediately raised the bar in his collection. He said he thought it would take a long time before anything taller than Archaon showed up on his shelf — and well, that moment has apparently arrived.

Our first reaction was basically the same as Staś’s:
wow
And then, naturally, we moved on to the most practical hobby question possible:
how do you even transport that?
With a model of this size, that is honestly the real issue. Display space is one thing, but getting it safely from home to a game, event, or painting session is a whole separate challenge. Staś immediately asked whether the only option is to carry it horizontally.
Luckily, Michał came back with the reassuring answer: it comes apart. More specifically, it can be detached from the leg, which should make transport a lot less terrifying than it first looked.
We always enjoy these moments in the hobby, when the excitement of a new purchase is instantly followed by very down-to-earth logistics. First: this model is amazing. Second: where will it stand? Third: how are we supposed to move it without losing a spike, wing, banner, or half the base?
This one definitely looks like a centerpiece model in every sense of the word. We are very curious how it will look once it is fully built and, of course, once paint starts going on.
For now, we are just appreciating the fact that Archaon is no longer the tallest resident of the collection.
