So Many Goblins It Feels Like Dominoes

We had one of those very relatable hobby moments this time: somebody drops a photo of an absolutely enormous goblin horde, and immediately the whole mood shifts to equal parts admiration and fear.

Michał threw this into chat with the very accurate question: just look how many goblins there are.

A massive goblin horde on display

And honestly, this is exactly the kind of army photo that makes us stop for a second. There is something deeply impressive about seeing that many little green maniacs ranked up together. One goblin is comic relief. Twenty are a nuisance. A whole table full of them? That becomes a proper spectacle.

Stas summed it up perfectly: having that many goblins on the table is like dominoes. You scare one unit and then… the whole army runs away. Which, if we are talking classic goblin energy, feels both cruel and completely on brand.

That is part of why we love armies like this in the first place. A giant goblin force has real visual impact, but it also tells a story before any dice are rolled. You can already imagine the chaos, the panic, the chain reactions, and the moments where everything either works brilliantly or collapses in the funniest possible way.

From the painting side, it is also the kind of project that earns instant respect from us. Finishing a force like this is not just about painting a few nice centerpiece models. It is repetition, persistence, and somehow keeping motivation alive while working through what must feel like an endless tide of robes, spears, shields, and green faces. Seeing a completed mass army like this is always a good reminder that sheer consistency is its own hobby superpower.

Michał also shared the original post here:

We always enjoy seeing armies that lean fully into the madness, and this one definitely does. Huge respect for anyone patient enough to build and paint a goblin wall like this — even if, as Stas pointed out, all it might take is one bad moment for the whole thing to start fleeing like falling dominoes.

That said, before they run, they look absolutely glorious.
